Business contact information. When you contact P3 or request a scorecard readout, we may receive your name, business email, practice name, role, and the business question or request you submit.

Scorecard information. The scorecard uses self-reported business answers to calculate Prime, Partner, and Product scores. You may view the on-screen result without providing an email address.

If you request a reviewed readout, we retain your business email, aggregate category scores, overall result, request purpose, and consent choices. Individual question responses are used to calculate and verify the result and are then discarded.

Technical information. Our hosting and security providers may process information needed to operate and protect the site, such as IP address, browser or device type, requested page, request time, and security or error logs.

This website is intended for practice owners, managers, and other business users. It is not designed to collect protected health information or patient-level information.

Do not submit patient names, contact details, photographs, charts, diagnoses, treatment records, prescriptions, adverse-event information, or other clinical information through this website, the scorecard, or a general business inquiry.

We may use information to:

• provide a requested scorecard readout;
• respond to business inquiries and evaluate consulting fit;
• prepare or deliver requested consulting work;
• operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website;
• improve our services and business operations;
• meet legal obligations; and
• protect our rights.

We do not sell personal information.

Permission to contact you about a requested scorecard readout is separate from any optional choice to receive P3 business updates. Optional marketing consent is not required to receive a requested readout.

You may unsubscribe from business updates at any time by using the link in the message or contacting us.

The site uses essential technical mechanisms required for hosting, security, and basic functionality. P3 does not currently use an analytics provider, advertising pixels, or non-essential analytics cookies on the public site.

We do not use information submitted through the scorecard for targeted advertising.

We may share limited information with service providers supporting hosting, security, communications, scheduling, document preparation, or approved AI-assisted work. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to professional advisers, or in connection with a business transaction.

P3 may use AI-assisted tools to organize non-patient business information and help prepare drafts, summaries, or recommendations. Material involving pricing, scope, contracts, clinical or legal subjects, complaints, or sensitive claims is reviewed by a person before external use.

Do not provide patient information for AI-assisted work.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the business purpose for which it was collected, applicable legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain information associated with you. You may also ask us to stop using your contact information for optional business updates.

P3 Aesthetic Growth is the public business name used for this site. The legal entity has not yet been finalized.
