Privacy Notice

LLM Research Labs, LLC operates P3 Aesthetic Growth. This notice applies when you use the public site, create or use a P3 account, purchase a P3 product, communicate with us, or receive consulting services.

Depending on how you use P3, we may collect:

• contact and business information, such as your name, business email, practice name, role, and mailing or billing address;
• account information, such as your sign-in identity, organization membership, access level, and account activity;
• purchase information, such as the product, amount, payment status, transaction reference, refund or dispute status, and entitlement;
• product information, such as Opportunity Review answers, practice-wide business measures, curriculum work, progress, saved plans, and support requests;
• consulting information, such as business goals, scope, scheduling, communications, notes shared with the client, and deliverables;
• communications and feedback you choose to send, including testimonial permission when applicable; and
• technical information used to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, device or browser type, requested page, date and time, and security or error logs.

The Free Practice Check calculates its public result without requiring an email address or account. Its question answers are not added to a customer record under the current product design.

Payment-card details are processed by Stripe. P3 receives the transaction information needed to confirm payment and access rather than the full card number.

We use information to:

• provide the site, accounts, products, and consulting services;
• calculate and save the results a customer purchased;
• manage access, customer support, refunds, disputes, and service recovery;
• communicate about an account, purchase, service, or request;
• maintain security, prevent misuse, troubleshoot, and improve P3;
• keep accounting, legal, operational, and audit records; and
• comply with law and protect P3, our customers, and others.

P3 may use OpenAI's GPT-5.6 to help organize business information and prepare drafts, summaries, or internal recommendations. P3 remains responsible for how that work is used. The Free Practice Check, Opportunity Review, and curriculum plan use their approved calculation or rule packages rather than allowing a model to invent their scoring or outputs.

We may disclose information to service providers that support functions such as hosting, authentication, payments, communications, video meetings, document work, security, and approved AI-assisted work. They may use the information only for the services they provide to P3 or as otherwise permitted by their agreements and applicable law.

We may also disclose information:

• at your direction;
• to professional advisers working for P3;
• when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process;
• to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service; or
• in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business.

P3 does not sell personal information. P3 does not use personal information for targeted advertising.

The public site does not currently use advertising pixels or a third-party analytics service. Essential session, authentication, hosting, and security technology may be used when you sign in or use protected features. If we add non-essential analytics or advertising technology, we will update this notice and provide any choice required by law.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain the account, support the customer, keep ordinary business and accounting records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the site. Different records may have different retention periods. We delete or deidentify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backup cycles and legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No internet service can promise absolute security. Please contact us promptly if you believe your P3 account or information has been compromised.

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may ask us to:

• provide access to personal information associated with you;
• correct inaccurate personal information;
• delete personal information that we are not required to keep; or
• stop optional marketing communications.

Send a request to hello@scalewithp3.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority for the relevant organization before completing a request. You may appeal a denied privacy request by replying to our decision and stating that you want an appeal.

Links to other websites and services are governed by their own privacy practices. This notice does not control an unrelated third party's handling of information.

P3 is a business service for adults. We do not knowingly offer accounts or paid products to anyone under 18.

We may update this notice as P3's products, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the current version and effective date here. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice when required.
