Purchase and Refund Terms

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. The buyer authorizes the one-time charge shown at Checkout. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment. P3 does not save a payment method for later charges unless the buyer separately agrees to that use.

Access begins only after P3 confirms payment and the buyer signs in to the authorized practice account. A Checkout confirmation page by itself does not establish access.

The $249 P3 Opportunity Review includes:

• one structured business intake for the purchasing practice;
• one saved written assessment covering the practice's strengths, weaknesses, concerns, and useful next areas to examine; and
• access to that saved assessment for 12 months from confirmed payment.

The Review is a fixed digital service. It does not include private consulting or continuing revisions.

Opportunity Review refunds

The buyer may request a full refund before submitting the detailed Review intake. After the intake is submitted and processing begins, the purchase is nonrefundable except for a duplicate charge, P3's failure to deliver the purchased assessment, or a refund required by law.

If an intake is incomplete or contains values that cannot be used, P3 will show what needs attention. Payment alone is not treated as completed delivery.

The $999 P3 Self-Directed Curriculum is a 90-day course that teaches you some of the best ways to improve your visibility, get better referrals, and not leave money sitting on the shelves. It includes:

• one Opportunity Review during onboarding;
• self-directed lessons, activities, tools, resources, and quizzes;
• one 90-day plan built from completed course work when the approved plan is available for customer use;
• access for 12 months from confirmed payment; and
• access for one purchasing practice and up to three named users.

One administrative user transfer is allowed for staff turnover. Additional user changes require P3 approval. Updates that P3 publishes to the purchased curriculum during the access term are included.

At the end of the access term, protected lessons and tools become unavailable. The practice may keep an export of its own completed answers and active plan. Paid materials, rules, source files, and reusable P3 templates may not be shared, sold, sublicensed, scraped, republished, or used to create a competing product.

Curriculum refunds

The buyer may request a refund within seven calendar days after confirmed payment if all of the following remain true:

• no lesson beyond the orientation has been opened;
• the included Opportunity Review has not been generated;
• no 90-day-plan draft has been generated; and
• no protected material has been downloaded or exported.

After any of those events occurs, the purchase is nonrefundable except for a duplicate charge, P3's failure to provide the purchased access, or a refund required by law.

A practice that previously paid for the exact $249 P3 Opportunity Review may receive one $249 credit toward the $999 curriculum, leaving $750 due. P3 must verify the prior purchase in its own payment and entitlement records.

The prior Review must be paid, settled, associated with the same practice, and not refunded, disputed, reversed, or previously used for a credit. A coupon, screenshot, or customer-entered claim cannot create the credit. A refund, dispute, or reversal invalidates an unused credit. A used credit and later payment reversal will be handled under the access and dispute terms rather than silently creating another credit.

A curriculum purchase completed on or before September 30, 2026 includes one 45-minute post-course Zoom call with a P3 advisor.

The practice may book the call after P3 records curriculum completion. The call must be booked within 30 days after completion and held within 60 days after completion. One reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice. The call is for reviewing the practice's completed plan and next business decisions. It is nontransferable, has no cash value, and is separate from the 90-Day Private Consulting offer.

Each named user must use their own authorized account. The purchasing practice is responsible for its users and for keeping access within the organization. P3 may suspend access for nonpayment, a chargeback, account misuse, security risk, or material violation of these terms. P3 will restore access when the underlying issue is resolved and restoration is appropriate.

If a confirmed P3 service failure materially prevents access, P3 may extend the access term for the affected period or provide another reasonable remedy.

Technical and account support is available through hello@scalewithp3.com. P3 will correct a verified error in its delivery or in the customer's saved factual record. A request for new analysis, changed scope, or continuing advice is not a correction and may require another product or separate agreement.

Send a refund request to hello@scalewithp3.com with the purchasing business name, account email, product, purchase date, and reason. Do not send full card details.

If a payment is refunded, reversed, or successfully disputed, the associated access and any unused credit may be suspended or revoked. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

The Review and curriculum provide business assessment, education, and tools. P3 does not guarantee a particular business result.

The version accepted at purchase governs that purchase. P3 may update these terms for later purchases, but will not retroactively reduce the paid scope or access period of an existing purchase unless the buyer agrees or the change is required by law.

The P3 Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, and these Purchase and Refund Terms govern the purchase. Minnesota law and the venue provision in the Terms of Use apply.
