Terms of Use

P3 Aesthetic Growth is operated by LLM Research Labs, LLC ("P3," "we," "us," or "our"). Our mailing address is PO Box 15022, Minneapolis, MN 55415-0022.

By using the site, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. If you use P3 for a practice or another organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

P3 provides business education, assessments, resources, and consulting for medical-aesthetics practices. Articles and the Free Practice Check provide general business information. They are not a substitute for advice based on the facts of a particular business.

Paid products are governed by the terms shown at purchase and the P3 Purchase and Refund Terms. Private consulting begins only when P3 and the client sign a separate agreement. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in method, and promptly tell us if you believe an account has been used without permission. Each user must use their own authorized account. You are responsible for activity by the people your organization authorizes.

We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, address nonpayment, or enforce these Terms. When practical, we will explain the reason and what is needed to restore access.

You may not:

• gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, another account, or another organization's information;
• interfere with the site's operation or security;
• introduce malicious code or use automated tools to scrape protected materials;
• share, resell, publish, or distribute paid P3 materials outside the rights included with the purchase;
• use P3 materials to build or market a competing copy of a P3 product; or
• use the site in a way that violates law or another person's rights.

The site, P3 articles, assessments, curriculum, templates, plan materials, graphics, names, and other P3-created content are owned by LLM Research Labs, LLC or used with permission. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable law.

You may view public materials for your own evaluation of P3. A paid purchase provides only the internal-business-use rights stated in the Purchase and Refund Terms or a signed consulting agreement. No other right is granted by accessing the site.

You retain ownership of the business information and materials you provide. You give P3 permission to use them as reasonably necessary to provide the requested product or service, operate and secure the site, maintain required business records, and enforce our agreements.

You represent that you have the right to provide that information and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. P3 is not responsible for an incorrect result caused by incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by a user.

The site may rely on or link to services for hosting, authentication, payments, communications, video meetings, or other business functions. A third-party service is governed by its own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for an unrelated third-party website simply because the site links to it.

P3 provides judgment, education, tools, assessments, and consulting. Business results depend on the practice's facts, market, team, decisions, timing, and implementation. P3 does not guarantee a particular business result.

Illustrations and scenarios are examples based on the assumptions stated. They are not forecasts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the public site and its general content are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that every page will always be available or error-free. This section does not limit an express commitment in a purchase term or signed agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LLM Research Labs, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the site. For a claim involving a paid P3 product, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event.

These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

If you use the site for an organization, you agree to defend and indemnify LLM Research Labs, LLC from third-party claims arising from your organization's unlawful use of the site, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by P3's own conduct.

We may update these Terms for future use of the site. The current effective date will appear at the top. A material change to a paid product will not retroactively reduce the scope already purchased unless the customer agrees or the change is required by law.

You may stop using the site at any time. Sections concerning ownership, payment, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other provisions that logically continue will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by Minnesota law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceeding relating to these Terms must be brought in the state or federal courts serving Hennepin County, Minnesota, unless applicable law requires another forum.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, reorganization, sale of the business, or transfer of the site.

These Terms, the Privacy Notice, applicable Purchase and Refund Terms, and any signed agreement are the complete agreement for their respective subjects.
